The Cabernet Sauvignon « Angelayo » made by Don Angel Weine won over the Grand Jury composed of professional sommeliers and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers.
“Magnificent deep red robe with orange reflections. Nose of slightly cooked red fruits. Mocha, brandy and tobacco notes. Very beautiful complexity with a length in the mouth that gives the wine its character. Its roasted finish will go well with a slow-cooked beef stew or chuck roast.”
